Hi, I’m Kristi. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Helping couples and individuals live their best life by working through challenges has been my passion before it was my profession.

I help and guide individuals and couples who desire change, growth, and connection so that they can live a more meaningful, peaceful, and fulfilling life.

I, too, have had life throw me curve balls and know how scary it can be to talk to a complete stranger about personal issues. It’s challenging to feel pulled in a hundred different directions while trying to keep your head above water.

My job is to support you through your journey so that you can enjoy your life to the fullest. I believe you know exactly what you need and just need a little help getting there.

My goal is to make sure you feel heard and understood while helping you grow and reconnect with yourself and others.
